Join us for an invigorating experience and discover the countless benefits of walking — from boosting cardiovascular health and strengthening muscles to reducing stress and connecting with nature. With routes of up to 30 km per day, our experienced guides and physical educators will be there to support you every step of the way. If you prefer not to complete the entire route, you’ll have the option to return to Lapinha at designated stops.

 

IMPORTANT: Your safety is our top priority. In accordance with international medical protocols, we kindly request that you undergo an ergometry test and provide us with the report in advance.
