Upon your arrival, your journey is set in motion during your initial medical appointment. Here, a clinical examination is conducted, dietary guidelines are defined, and activity recommendations are provided. This guidance helps you reconnect with yourself, establish self-care objectives, and become the main character in your pursuit of health and well-being.

AFTER

The journey continues even after you depart. A final medical appointment is scheduled to offer advice on how to seamlessly integrate the changes made during your stay into your daily routine. We provide ongoing support with online consultations and scheduled return visits.
