Our bodies are constantly adapting, and factors like daily routines, sedentary habits, surgeries, or pain can cause the fascia — the connective tissue that supports and links the entire body — to become rigid and restricted.
During Body and Movement Week, we will explore gentle, accessible movements designed to release tension and enhance body awareness. The focus is on understanding how different areas of the body are interconnected. For instance, the relationship between the feet, pelvis, and shoulders can influence both pain and movement patterns, revealing how discomfort in one area may stem from imbalances elsewhere.
Throughout the program, we’ll cover key topics such as pelvic floor health, breathing as a foundation for movement, mobility, and alignment. Our goal is to help you experience greater comfort and well-being by moving with freedom and awareness.
